Founded in February 2020 and fully incorporated in Nigeria, Real Mortgage Solutions Ltd. is an indigenous firm specializing in real estate development, construction, facility management, and general contracting. With a team of highly experienced professionals from the banking and real estate sectors, we are dedicated to solving Nigeria’s mortgage challenges and addressing the country’s housing deficit with innovative, value-driven solutions.
Our directors bring decades of combined experience from the banking industry, where they gained firsthand knowledge of mortgage services, debt recovery, and customer advisory. Before officially launching, our directors had been actively involved in offering pro-bono mortgage advice to clients, leveraging their expertise to help customers navigate the complexities of the mortgage landscape.

Iwodi Majesty
Managing Director
He holds Bsc and Msc in Sociology and he has worked in the banking sector for more than a decade. Mr. Majesty Iwodi started his career in the First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and later left for Intercontinental Saving and Loan Ltd now called FirstTrust Mortgage Bank PIc.
Majesty is a man of many parts, he is a pastor, motivational speaker
among others.
Agbola Oyeniyi
Director
He holds both HND and Bsc in Accounting. He is also a chartered accountant of more than a decade. Niyi as popularly called began his accounting career in an accounting firm of Idow Ibijoju @ co in Lagos before he moved to Intercontinental Securities Ltd. He has worked as a financial controller, Internal Auditor, External Auditor and in Business Development and Recovery.
He has acquired over ten years of cognate accounting, investment and
banking experience
